A Note from Miguel: A November community class + a practice update

This November, I'll be teaching a community class through WERACE, the Western Connecticut Regional Adult & Continuing Education program:

Living the Blue Zone Way

Monday, November 2 - 6:30 - 8:00pm

We'll explore the habits associated with longevity, well-being, and connection within the world's blue zones, where people live longer, healthier lives. My goal is to keep the ideas small and practical so that they can be incorporated into everyday life, even while living in a non-Blue-Zone.

The WERACE course catalog has already been mailed to Danbury residents, but registration is open to folks outside of Danbury.

The cost is:

$34 for Danbury residents

$31 for Danbury senior citizens

$39 for non-residents

A practice update:

Blue Zone Health and Wellness is actively accepting new adult primary care patients.

I offer primary care and preventive care, with a thoughtful, whole-person approach.

Insurance is accepted for covered services, with select cash-pay options available for non-covered services.

If you, or someone you know, is looking for a primary care provider in the Southbury area, you can learn more and schedule an initial appointment at bluezonehw.com.

Be well,

Miguel
