1 Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Blue Zone Health and Wellness PLLC is in-network with Anthem BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, Connecticut Medicaid/HUSKY, Medicare, and various Medicare Advantage plans. If you're uninsured or prefer not to use insurance, transparent self-pay pricing is available, and a Superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

Yes, for covered medical services. If you are a Medicaid member, covered visits are billed directly through your plan.

Do I need a membership?

No. Blue Zone Health and Wellness does not require a membership for primary care, hormone therapy, or ongoing medical care. Visits are fee-for-service — billed to your insurance when applicable, or available at transparent self-pay rates. Optional services such as InBody analysis, wearable-data review, and specialty testing are priced individually.

Do you work with health shares like CrowdHealth?

Yes. This is a direct-pay-friendly practice. While I don't credential directly with these organizations, I provide the documentation (Superbills) needed to seek reimbursement from your health share community.
