I'm now in-network with Anthem BCBS of Connecticut and Connecticut Medicaid, and I welcome cash-pay patients as well.
Primary care is offered on a straightforward fee-for-service basis - billed to your insurance when I'm in-network with your plan, or at transparent cash rates if you're paying out of pocket.
If you are a Medicaid member, your primary care visits are fully covered and will be billed directly through your plan. If you are a cash-pay patient, you can pay a flat rate per visit or join our optional membership.
