I'm in-network with Anthem BCBS of Connecticut (commercial) and Connecticut Medicaid, and I'm actively completing credentialing with additional commercial plans - the current list is always confirmed when you schedule. If you're uninsured or prefer not to use insurance, I offer transparent cash-pay (fee-for-service) rates, and I can provide a Superbill to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?

Yes, I am fully credentialed to accept Medicaid for covered primary care services.

Please note: Due to federal and state regulations, I cannot accept out-of-pocket (cash) payments from Medicaid members for covered medical services. If you are a Medicaid member, your visits must be billed directly through your plan.

I am not currently in-network with Medicare, but Medicare patients are welcome to check back for updates regarding future credentialing.

What is the difference between Primary Care and Concierge Wellness Management?

Primary Care covers your essential medical needs - physicals, chronic disease management, and preventive care. These are billed to your insurance when I'm in-network with your plan (Anthem BCBS or Medicaid), or available at transparent cash-pay rates. Primary care is fee-for-service, with no membership required.

Concierge Wellness Management is an optional add-on for patients who want non-covered wellness and longevity services insurance doesn't pay for - InBody scans, functional gut/stool protocols, wearable-data review, and ongoing lifestyle coaching between visits. It layers on top of your visits; it doesn't replace them.

Do I need a membership to see you for Primary Care?

If you're paying cash, you pay per visit at my published rates. Concierge Wellness Management is entirely optional - for patients who want to add non-covered wellness services and coaching.

Do you work with health shares like CrowdHealth?

Yes. This is a 'Direct Pay' friendly practice. While I do not credential directly with these organizations, I provide all the necessary documentation (Superbills) required for you to seek reimbursement from your health share community.
