A Note from Miguel: BZHW launches soon!

It’s wild to think we’re already in May.

For the past six months, I’ve been quietly and intentionally laying the groundwork for something that means a lot to me — and now, Blue Zone Health and Wellness is almost here.

With an anticipated launch date right around the corner, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t feeling it. The nerves, the questions, the weight of stepping into the unknown and putting myself out there — How people will respond? Will people trust me enough to choose me to be their medical provider versus being assigned based on their insurance plan?

I believe deeply in this work and in what I bring to the table. Hormone therapy can truly change lives—and that belief is what keeps me moving forward.
