NOW HIRING!

We’re practically halfway through January. Not sure how - but here we are.

At this point, we get an extra minute of daylight each day, and honestly, I’m here for it.

I hope you set some realistic, attainable goals for yourself this year.

I’ve never been big on the whole “new year, new me” thing. I think growth should come from the roads we’ve traveled, the lessons we’ve learned along the way, and the goals that actually matter to us - individually.

For me, I entered 2026 with a growth mindset. That’s nothing new. But this year feels different.

This is about growth as an individual, and about working toward things I once dreamed of and truly thought were impossible: continuing to grow my practice, and crossing the red-carpet finish line 140.6 miles away from the starting line.

With that comes a realization: I can’t do it all myself.

No matter the goal. No matter how capable or “strong” we think we are.

It takes a village.

I’m grateful for the small village I already have, and I’m looking forward to expanding that support system as I

continue working toward personal and professional growth.

What a privilege it is to be in a position where I can bring someone on to help support growth and continue delivering the best care possible.

I’ve linked the job description below, but in short, I’m looking for help with outreach - specifically content creation and repurposing, social media management, and the creative side of things.

It’s work I actually enjoy, but it pulls me away from other responsibilities - or keeps me up much later than I’d like.

Doing everything myself has been an incredible learning experience, but it’s not sustainable. And if I’m being honest, I can’t give the creative side 100% of the attention it deserves.

I’m looking for a go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit - someone who can help share my story, explain what I do, how I help, and meet people where they already are: online - social media.
